Competition conditions and data protection for competitions

• The competition is an action by Soulbuddy GmbH, Kira-von-Preußen-Weg 21, 28357 Bremen and is in no way connected to META (Instagram, Facebook) 
• All natural persons who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Soulbuddy GmbH are excluded from participation. 
• Participation period:
  Easter competition: 19.03.-24.03.2024 (12a.m.)
• Participation in the competition is only possible online via our Instagram profile @soulbuddylook
  To take part in the competition, the participant must follow our Instagram profile @soulbuddlook, like and comment on the competition post. 
• The following can be won:
   Caps in a set of 2 (children's size can be chosen), Soulbuddy accessory

• After the campaign ends, we will be the winner drawn from all participants by drawing lots. Each natural person may only take part in this competition once and can therefore only win once. 
• In order to send the prize afterwards, the following data of the participant is required for further processing: first name, last name, address , E-mail address. The responsibility for the correctness of the data lies with the participating persons. 
• The winner will be notified via Instagram and must have reported within one week of the notification. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited and a substitute winner will be drawn. The prize is not transferable and a cash payment is not possible. 
• Participating persons who violate the conditions of participation can be excluded from the competition by Soulbuddy GmbH as the organizer of the campaign. 
• Tegal recourse is excluded.
