It is a pity that you are not satisfied with your order and want to return our products! đź’” 

Of course, you have the right to return any product purchased from us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.


This is how your return works


Step 1:
Please download the returns form

Download Returns Form 
Step 2:
Fill out the form with your name, order number, item details and the reason for the return.

Step 3:
Print out the returns form and enclose it with your package.
All products must be returned to us unused, unwashed, WITH a label or hangtag.


Step 4:
Send us the undesired items to the following address, you are welcome to use the attached address label from the returns form.

ATTENTION for returns from SWITZERLAND/non-EU countries

Please note “return” on the package. It is also mandatory that you attach Soulbuddy's original invoice to the OUTSIDE of the package in a clear shipping bag/sleeve. This is important so that German customs can process your return.


Note: We cannot be held responsible for goods lost on return and recommend insured shipping with tracking.

Costs

Unfortunately, you have to bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.


What and how will my products be reimbursed?

As soon as we received you return shipment and the goods have been checked by us, you will receive a refund via your original payment method.
For returns of individual products from a set or configurator, the pro rata costs per product will be refunded (e.g. ½ for a product from a set of 2, ⅓ for a product from a set of 3, etc...).

Please note that it can take up to 10 working days to process the return and refund.
